Refund & Returns Policy

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our buildings are manufactured to customer specifications.
 For these products:
 Deposits become non-refundable once production has started.
 Since they are made specifically to order, cancellations are not accepted once manufacturing has begun.

Standard (Non-Bespoke) Buildings

For non-custom buildings:
 • You may cancel within 14 days of placing the order unless manufacturing has already started.
 • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your building arrives damaged or with manufacturing faults:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos and details of the issue.
     We will arrange repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns After Installation

Once a building is installed, returns cannot be accepted unless required under consumer law due to a manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for return transport costs unless the return is due to a fault.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
