We deliver garden buildings and related products within an 80-mile radius of Stourbridge, West Midlands. Deliveries outside this radius may be declined or may incur additional charges.

Delivery Scheduling

• Delivery dates are estimates and may change based on manufacturing schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will contact you to confirm a delivery window once your building is ready.
• Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Access Requirements

Customers must ensure safe, clear access from the roadside to the installation site.
Please inform us before delivery of:
• Narrow passages
• Height restrictions
• Soft, uneven, or sloped ground
• Obstacles or tight corners
• Any access concerns that may affect delivery or installation

If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to unsuitable access, a failed-delivery or re-visit fee may apply.

Ground Preparation Requirements

Before installation, customers must ensure the base is:
• Level, solid, and stable
• Free from obstructions
• Suitable for the building’s size and weight
• Prepared according to our guidance

If installers deem the ground unsuitable or unsafe, installation may be postponed and a re-visit fee may apply.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on distance, product size, and logistical requirements.
Charges will be confirmed during the order stage.

Planning Permission

Customers are responsible for ensuring any required planning permissions are obtained.
We cannot be held liable for issues resulting from incorrect or missing permissions.
