Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Natural Timber Disclaimer

Timber is a natural product and may expand, contract, twist, crack, or develop knots.
Such variations are normal and are not classed as defects.

Payment Terms

• Deposits are required to secure orders.
• Final balances must be paid before or on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

Site Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is suitable, level, and stable.
Issues caused by inadequate ground conditions are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of enjoyment
• Loss of earnings
• Delays caused by factors outside our control
• Costs arising from failed access or inadequate site preparation

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events outside our control, including severe weather, transport issues, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
